How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process and ship with 48 hours. We stay in touch if delays are expected then it really depends on the carrier. We do send email with delivery information and in many cases a projected delivery date. If you do not recieve your order in 14 business days please notify us at Carlmart8@aol.com

What are the return policies.
Your satisfaction is critical to us and we will accept returned products for any reason provided it is in resellable, unused condition with all the orginal packaging. You must contact us with seven days of your delivery date via email to begin the return process. We will contact you via email within 24 hours.

We can, just drop us an email and we will determine costs and provide you a link to place the order.

How is my order shipped?
We ship with UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground for most orders. We also will use the USPS for certain orders based on weight. We can expedite shipping based on your needs. Simply inquire via email BEFORE you place your order to determine costs.

My tracking information indicates my shipment was "Delivered." but I did not receive it. What can I do?
Start with check asking the other members of your household and also with your neighbors if they received the shipment. On occasion deliveries will be given to a neighbor if you are not home. If you still can't locate the package, contact the delivery service and ask where the shipment was put. If you did not find the shipment after taking the above steps contact us at Carlmart8@aol.com
